Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Greg Brown. Gregory C. Brown, sometimes, Greg C. Brown, often, but Greg Brown is the nicest. Or Greg. I'm entering my final year as an undergraduate at a certain school in Chicago not known for partying. Snoop around the site if you haven't figured out which institution I'm referring to. I'm a music geek and a political junkie. And a technology lover and emerging business analyst. Ok, so what I'm trying to say is that I have opinions. And I love consuming information and media. I'm consuming way more than I'm producing at the moment, thanks to the good ol' internets. Video, audio, pictures, images, words are constantly shaping and reshaping in my head, in your head, on the screen in front of you, and the world beyond. So if only for acting as a mechanism to try to express my suppressed , shapeless patchwork of my internal shifter--or to just clear my head--here it is: My blog. Or my website. But not my old website. I'll probably talk about that old website a little bit, though, just to reminisce. It's important in any debate, dialogue, conversation (or blog) to maintain a certain level of persistence and consistency. Issues are not resolved through neglect, differences not overcome by simple status quo maintenance. So it is my goal to continually post entries and new information, daily, to keep up the conversation on my end and hopefully press forward with others. So holler at me. And lets get a postin', eh? There's progress to be made for all.

i'm greg and the crap i say on this site exists purely so that my head doesn't explode. the proliferation of rss feeds, blogs, and the social graph can be overwhelming, so i need this place to clear my head and express my thoughts on all the damn information that i can't seem to stop immersing myself in.... so welcome.
